JBe School’s Vision

“Advancing towards an era where foreign talents can optimally showcase their true capabilities within Japanese corporations”

The Japanese Corporate Culture Education Program JBe School® is designed to educate ‘Vietnamese human resources’, who are becoming increasingly important for Japanese companies. The program aims to foster a deep understanding of Japanese corporate culture, enabling these individuals to fully realize their potential in the workplace.

Our curriculum is developed from a practical perspective, incorporating insights from diverse academic fields like economics, psychology, sociology, and cultural anthropology. It targets Vietnamese workers who are either already engaged in or plan to enter the Japanese labor market.

Specifically, there are three courses available. The Culture Course and Mind Course allow learners to study the corporate culture and mindset necessary for working in Japanese companies, and on top of that, the Manners Course provides an educational curriculum where they can learn about etiquette and communication.

We aspire for our services to play a pivotal role in nurturing foreign talents, empowering them to be more proactive and successful in their careers.

“We offer a curriculum that is beneficial to foreign talents”

Born and raised in Vietnam, and have extensive experience working in Chinese and Japanese companies, my experience in a multicultural environment has taught me that speaking the language of a country is important, but equally crucial is a deep understanding of its culture, mindset, and manners.

That’s why we have developed the Japanese Corporate Culture Education Program JBe School® in Vietnamese to support Vietnamese talents who are currently working or will work in Japanese companies.

We believe that understanding Japanese corporate culture can reduce confusion and concerns in the workplace, leading to a more enjoyable and smooth work experience.

I would be delighted if, through this curriculum, everyone could lead a more fulfilling life and acquire the knowledge necessary to realize their dreams.

Why JBe School®︎ Stands Out

Are you experiencing the following issues?

Sending Organizations

  1. Curriculum Development: Designing educational content that accurately reflects the culture and work style of Japanese companies, is challenging. A thorough understanding of Japanese corporate culture, along with skills in systematic curriculum design, is necessary.
  2. Quality of Instructors and Materials: The provision of appropriate materials and instructors involves significant costs. Additionally, the process of recruiting and training instructors is time-consuming.
  3. Learner Evaluation: It is necessary to objectively evaluate the progress and outcomes of learners’ studies and provide feedback to them. Additionally, it is important to present an appropriate evaluation of learners to the employing companies.
  4. Curriculum Update: In order to respond to the rapidly changing business environment and the demands of Japanese companies, it is necessary to continuously update the curriculum to align with the latest needs.

Japanese Companies

  1. Reducing Educational Costs: To grasp the unique corporate culture and working style of Japan, training and education are essential. However, these initiatives demand significant time and financial investment.
  2. Preventing Workplace Errors: Foreigners who are unaware of Japanese culture, customs, and industry-specific characteristics may commit errors in their duties, so it is necessary to take measures to prevent this.
  3. Accelerating Growth: To overcome cultural differences and language barriers, an effective educational system is required to enable foreign employees to make full contributions to their work.
  4. Building Relationships: Establishing relationships where employees with diverse backgrounds can collaborate as one team is not always easy. Companies need to make efforts in team building and addressing cultural differences to achieve this.

Scenarios of Using JBe School®︎

Pre-Education Support

When Vietnamese workers work in Japanese companies, communication barriers and misunderstandings often arise due to differences in Japanese corporate culture and customs.

For them to understand Japanese corporate culture and establish a foundation for effective work, the role of the Sending Organizations’s pre-education is extremely important.

By introducing Japanese corporate culture as pre-education for Vietnamese workers and technical interns, the quality and reliability of Sending Organizations are enhanced.

When Vietnamese workers deeply understand and respect Japanese corporate culture, business relations between the two countries can progress more smoothly, leading to expanded benefits for both parties. Such efforts represent a significant step towards success in the international business scene.

Assessment

Assessing the understanding of Japanese corporate culture of interns is extremely important because they come from different backgrounds, and evaluating whether they can adapt to Japanese corporate culture is essential. Through these assessments, you can determine whether candidates can easily adapt to your company’s culture. This helps you choose suitable candidates and create a conducive working environment for everyone.

Therefore, conducting tests on Japanese corporate culture before hiring interns is the key to success for both interns and employers.

By predicting the relationship with the workforce in advance, you can minimize the risks associated with hiring interns and avoid unnecessary issues and conflicts.

Improving Motivation to Contribute

Despite technical interns having different backgrounds and values, their alignment with the company’s perspective and working together harmoniously is of utmost importance for the business. Therefore, providing training to technical interns on Japanese corporate culture is essential.

Furthermore, clearly expressing expectations in the relationship between technical interns and employers is a decisive factor for a smooth labor relationship.

Learning about Japanese corporate culture helps technical interns understand their expected roles and behavior in the workplace and how they can meet those expectations.

Studying Japanese corporate culture enhances adaptability, improves communication, promotes effective teamwork, ensures courteous behavior, adheres to legal compliance, and supports success in the workplace.
