\u3000The Japanese Corporate Culture Education Program JBe School\u00ae<\/strong> is designed to educate ‘Vietnamese human resources’, who are becoming increasingly important for Japanese companies. The program aims to foster a deep understanding of Japanese corporate culture, enabling these individuals to fully realize their potential in the workplace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


\u3000Our curriculum is developed from a practical perspective, incorporating insights from diverse academic fields like economics, psychology, sociology, and cultural anthropology. It targets Vietnamese workers who are either already engaged in or plan to enter the Japanese labor market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


\u3000Specifically, there are three courses available. The Culture Course and Mind Course allow learners to study the corporate culture and mindset necessary for working in Japanese companies, and on top of that, the Manners Course provides an educational curriculum where they can learn about etiquette and communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u3000Born and raised in Vietnam, and have extensive experience working in Chinese and Japanese companies, my experience in a multicultural environment has taught me that speaking the language of a country is important, but equally crucial is a deep understanding of its culture, mindset, and manners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


\u3000That’s why we have developed the Japanese Corporate Culture Education Program JBe School\u00ae<\/strong> in Vietnamese to support Vietnamese talents who are currently working or will work in Japanese companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
